What's included in the 14-day free trial?
The free trial gives you full access to all Cloud Pro features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or export your data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you downgrade, your plan will change at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Startups (under 2 years old, under $1M funding) get 50% off Cloud Pro for the first year. Non-profits and educational institutions get 30% off. Contact us to apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
